We Come Here to Remember

Returning to Wholeness

When we find ourselves at a transition, or struggling to find our place in a world that feels increasingly fragmented, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. We isolate or shut down, not just from the people we love, but from our own inner wisdom. We defend ourselves. This constriction changes how we breathe, how we protect our hearts, and how we relate to everything around us.

I view therapy as a shared space of refuge and deep reclamation. Together, we work to identify and soften the protective strategies that keep you stuck, guiding you back toward the innate wisdom of your body and spirit.

You do not need to be diagnosed or fixed; you deserve a safe space to be met, held, and remembered until you find your way back to yourself.

Intersecting Wisdom

Modern neuroscience and ancient traditions are not parallel lines; they are complementary paradigms that lead to wellbeing. What ancestral wisdom has always held sacred, cognitive neuroscience now maps clearly: our nervous system is the living architecture of our Being; it’s a direct path to stored trauma, as well as the home of our inner wisdom. A regulated nervous system allows us to drop into the body’s intuition and live from a deep sense of knowing.

True presence is a rare and radical gift in an increasingly disconnected world.

  • For Individuals: I walk alongside those navigating disconnection—guiding you toward deeper meaning, expansive self-awareness, and a return to your innate aliveness.

  • For Couples & Families: I focus on rebuilding relational safety, fostering secure attachments, and mastering the sacred art of loving repair.

Wholeness is a humbling endeavor. It requires us to widen our capacity to make room for the entire human experience—the shadow and the light, the grief and the joy. Together, we can begin to weave together these essential threads into the tapestry of a truly meaningful life.

Therapeutic Orientation

I draw inspiration from cognitive and neuroscience, shamanic and mystical traditions, and the interconnectedness of the natural world. By blending somatic, transpersonal, and trauma-informed modalities, my work addresses deep-seated disconnection from Self, Other, and the non-material world. Where appropriate and aligned with your unique needs, I integrate sacred tools such as mindfulness, somatic tracking, ritual, and psychedelic medicine.

Above all, I see therapy as a living relationship—a space of refuge, reflection, and reclamation where you are safe enough to show up exactly as you are, and seen enough to grow into who you are meant to be.

How I can help.

I offer psychedelic integration therapy for people preparing for or processing an experience with psilocybin, ketamine, or other plant medicines, including support with spiritual bypassing, when the insights don't quite stick. I'm a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon, and I offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy for clients ready to go deeper than talk therapy alone. I also specialize in working with adult children of narcissistic, borderline, or emotionally immature parents, especially high achievers who learned to manage everyone else's feelings first.

I work with clients in Oregon, Washington, and California.

You’re not alone.
